Low contrast text

Below 4.5:1 normal text is hard to read (WCAG AA). Fix the token, for example "--destructive-foreground: more contrast".

enforced on every edit
Addressed edits stay in place

An edit of a component by ID or name may change only that component. Pages that use it change; pages that do not must render pixel-identically.

Pages do not restyle components

A page edit cannot change shared components, primitives or tokens.

Tokens live in the stylesheet

A token edit changes only stylesheets, and every page follows.

Every component has an ID

A new component without an @coherent-id comment, or with an ID already taken, fails verification.

Shared changes are asked, not assumed

Asked to change something several pages use on only some of them, the agent asks: new component or token, or everywhere.

Hardcoded values are flagged

Colours, type sizes, spacing, radius and shadows an edit writes as literals (bg-[#hex], text-[15px], text-blue-500, style colours) come back as warnings. They do not fail the edit yet.

Every edit is proven

Declared files only, no new type or browser errors, a production build, before/after renders, no real names or emails. A failed edit is never committed.
